Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the contractual relationship between KERWEB(the "Provider") and any individual or legal entity (the "Client") wishing to use its IT development, consulting, and application creation services.
2. Quotes and Orders
Any service is subject to a free, customized quote. The contract is validly formed only upon signature of the quote by the Client.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are expressed in euros excluding tax (HT) and are subject to the applicable VAT. Unless stated otherwise, a 30% deposit is required upon signing the quote. The balance is due upon delivery.
4. Intellectual Property
The transfer of intellectual property for the developments carried out by KERWEB to the Client is conditional upon full payment of the service. Source codes, designs, and elements produced become the property of the Client after full payment.
